With the publication of the Living with COVID plan, the government has ended legal restrictions in England and is instead asking the public to practice specific safe and responsible behaviours as the primary means of stopping the spread of the virus.
Portsmouth On Ice operates in line with current government and Public Health England guidance in relation to Covid-19. To view further details on the Government’s ‘Living with Covid-19’ plan please click here
On arrival for your session, please collect your skates and queue beside the rink ready to enter the Ice Rink underneath the big screen. This means there is ample space for those coming on to the Ice Rink and those exiting at the end of their session. When exiting the Ice Rink at the end of your session, you will exit from the gate closest to the Skate Exchange, exchange your skates for your shoes and depart.
Spectators are welcome during sessions. Please follow the directional signage and let our team direct you to the best place to watch safely at that time. And please remember, the team is here to help everyone have an enjoyable and safe experience.

We ask that all visitors practice safe and responsible behaviours when visiting Portsmouth On Ice and ensure that your hands are sanitised before entering the Ice Rink and arrive at least 15 minutes before your skate sessions starts to avoid unnecessary queues. Masks are no longer necessary, however, if you wish to wear one you are very welcome to do so.
